Need to return an item? Follow these steps to initiate a return for your BabyTrend.com purchase.
Before You Start
Return eligibility is based on our Return Policy Overview.
General requirements include:
- Purchase must be from BabyTrend.com
- Item must be within 30 days of purchase
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Retailer purchases must be returned through the original platform
Step 1: Contact Support
To begin a return, contact customer support with:
- Order number
- Full name
- Order date

Step 2: Receive Your RMA
If your return can be processed:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued
- The RMA is required for return processing
- Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted
Step 3: Prepare Your Return
Before shipping your item:
- Place the item in its original packaging
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels
- Clearly include the RMA number on the package

After Shipment
Once your return is received at the warehouse:
- The item will be inspected
- Return processing will begin after receipt is confirmed
- Final outcome will be based on item condition and policy guidelines
