A package is marked Returned to Sender (RTS) when the carrier is unable to complete delivery and returns the shipment to our facility. This means the original delivery attempt has been closed by the carrier.
Common Reasons for RTS Status
A package may be returned to sender due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect address information
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
- Delivery attempts that could not be completed
- Unclaimed packages
- Refused delivery at the time of attempt
What Happens Next
Once a package is returned to sender:
- The original shipment can no longer be delivered
- The package is processed once it arrives back at the facility
- The order will not automatically be reshipped
Note: If you would still like the item, a new order will need to be placed.
If Your Package Has Not Yet Been Returned
If the shipment is still in transit and you need to update the address, refer to our address change guidelines prior to delivery attempt.
