Your order moves through a standard set of stages from the time it is placed until it is delivered. Each status reflects where your order is in the fulfillment and delivery process.
Processing
Your order has been received but has not yet been handed off to the carrier.
At this stage:
- Your order is being prepared.
- Items are being picked and packed.
- A shipping label has not yet been created.
Your order remains in Processing until it is ready for carrier handoff.
Shipped
Your order has entered the shipping process once a shipping label has been created.
At this stage:
- A tracking number has been created and may not yet be visible in carrier tracking systems.
- The order has been prepared for carrier pickup.
- The carrier may not have scanned the package yet.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after this step.
In Transit
Your package is moving through the carrier network.
At this stage:
- The package is traveling between carrier facilities.
- Tracking updates may not appear at every stop.
- Temporary gaps in updates may occur as the package moves through transit hubs.
Out for Delivery
Your package is on the final delivery route.
At this stage:
- The package is with the local delivery driver.
- Delivery is expected soon, typically the same day.
Delivered
Your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
At this stage:
- The package has been delivered to your address.
- Delivery scans may occasionally occur slightly before or after physical drop-off.
Exception (Carrier Disruption Status)
An Exception status applies when the normal carrier delivery flow is interrupted.
This may include:
- Delayed shipments.
- Failed delivery attempts.
- Address or delivery routing issues.
- Tracking interruptions or stalled updates.
If your order is in Exception status, updates will typically appear through carrier tracking or notifications.
